Characteristics The mats are made of high perfor- mance nonwovens produced inhouse from elastic, break-resistant polyole- fine fibers with thermal bonding. Thanks to the polyolefine fibers used in the media, P 15 filter mats are widely resistant to chemicals like solvents, ac- ids and alkalis. They must be protected against continuous UV radiation. The filter mats are able to be cleaned with careful washing, beating or spraying. Even after washing, the filter mats remain dimensionally stable, retaining their technical filtering properties.
