MRP Service - 45-Minute Tech Time

This purchase is for an MRP Technician’s time to troubleshoot an issue with your system. 

This is broken down as follows (times are approximate):

• 30 minute video call with a Technician to troubleshoot the device issue. During this time, you will be on a video call together.
• 15 minutes for the Technician to conduct research and complete service reports. The Technician performs this work before and after the video call to ensure the best service possible.

If the Tech Time exceeds a total sum of 45 minutes (30 minute video call or if the Technician needs more than 15 minutes to conduct research and complete service reports) MRP will bill for the additional time in 15 minute increments. By purchasing below, you are consenting to MRP automatically charging up to 75 minutes ($312.50) of additional time that exceeds 45 minutes.  

 

*For devices with intermittent issues that do not present during the call and cannot be addressed, we will conduct a complimentary call under 30 minutes for the same issue within 30 days.
