MRP Service - Preventative Maintenance Call

This purchase is for an MRP Technician’s time to inspect your system in preparation for in-person maintenance. Please note that this agreement covers the video call inspection only. All PM parts, scope of work and the in-person maintenance will be quoted after the video call inspection is completed. 

 

If the Tech Time exceeds a total sum of 30 minutes (15 minute video call or if the Technician needs more than 15 minutes to conduct research and complete service reports) MRP will bill for the additional time in 15 minute increments. By purchasing below, you are consenting to MRP automatically charging up to 75 minutes ($312.50) of additional time that exceeds 45 minutes.  

 

*Due to an influx in volume, our technicians have a tight time constraint. They will wait on the call for 5 minutes, after which point if no one has joined they will disconnect. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, you will need to provide at least a 1 hour notice, otherwise, you will need to purchase another video call.
